      <description>&lt;p&gt;The Rochester Amateur Sports Commission (&lt;span class="caps"&gt;RASC&lt;/span&gt;) will unveil new three-on-three hockey boards at the Rochester Recreation Center Wednesday, May 19 at 3 p.m.  The board system divides a regulation-sized rink in half allowing hockey players of all ages to work on their skills during the off-season.  In conjunction with the installation of the new boards, the &lt;span class="caps"&gt;RASC&lt;/span&gt; announces a series of three-on-three youth hockey tournaments for the summer. &lt;/p&gt;
